Pumlumon - The hill of five cairns

28/05/07 Five summits climbed today, they were Y Garn, Pumlumon Fawr, Pumlomon Fach, Pen Pumlumon Llygad-bychan, Pen Pumlumon Arwystli. The weather was excellent although there was a very cold wind. The distance was around 10 miles with an ascent of 2050ft

Looking back across Llyn Llygad Rheidol to the ridge I had just scrambled down. I came down the diagonal gully on the left.

With hindsight I would have found it easier to come down more to the left of the picture as it was less steep but from above it did not look to bad
