26/03/05 - Ascent of Snowdon by the Ranger Path

On the 26th March 2005 Christine and I went on a walk organised by the 40sWalkersNorth up to the summit of Snowdon, the day started well with good visibility and patchy sunshine.  There were about 14 of us from all over the North West of England and Wales including places as far away as Preston, Birkenhead, Chesterfield and some from Welshpool

The crowded summit of Snowdon, its nice to see such a lot of people had made the climb as the train was not running up as far as the summit

Looking back up Snowdon as cloud gathers on the summit
